This company were a joy to deal with. Every single person I dealt with on the phone were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help. The two main people I had dealings with were Emily and Mike and they helped me, particularly Emily, every step of the way, explaining everything to me. They were extremely patient with me and took their time explaining. The workmen who carried out the two jobs were also very helpful and not at all intrusive. Always ensuring they cleaned up along the way and ensuring I remained warm and comfortable all the way through them carrying out the work.
